ROLE: Warehouse Operative
LOCATION: Oakham, LE15
HOURS: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
PAY: £13.00 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE: Temp-to-Perm
An exciting Temp-to-Perm opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution facility in Oakham, LE15. This is a fantastic role for someone looking for long-term warehouse work in a friendly and supportive environment.

THE ROLE:
* Manual handling and lifting of heavy goods throughout the shift
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Moving stock and materials safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team
* Access to own transport or local to Oakham
