£24,000 - £27,000 Depending on Experience - Access to own vehicle required due to the location of the site
ST TALENT are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of an established business based in Wetherby.
This Warehouse Operative role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work within a busy warehouse environment and is looking to join a hardworking and supportive team. The successful Warehouse Operative will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring orders are picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Picking orders using handheld scanner devices
• Packing and dispatching products using warehouse software systems
• Repacking products into branded packaging for retail displays
• Accurate labelling of products and packaging
• Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supporting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Numerate and literate with basic IT skills
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be local to the area or have access to own transport due to the location of the site
