Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based on the outskirts of Wellington.

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
Pay Rate
£12.71 - £13.00 per hour
The Role
As a Finishing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring all products are completed to a high standard before dispatch. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, practical skills and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out finishing tasks including sanding, trimming, polishing, cleaning, and surface preparation.
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
Work to production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
Complete quality checks and production documentation accurately.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a finishing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Good hand-eye coordination and confidence using tools and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Own transport is required due to the location and working hours.
