Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 4:45pm Friday, 7:45am to 1:45pm
Warehouse Operative OpportunityWe're partnering with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Newbury that is looking to expand its team with a Warehouse Operative. With over 66 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for designing and manufacturing innovative engineering products used across a range of industries.

The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensuring stock is accurately recorded and maintained within company systems.
Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
Working closely with Purchasing, Production and Quality teams to resolve any stock discrepancies.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
Supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.What's on Offer?
