Warehouse Operative - Berry Recruitment - BALLYCLARE
Berry Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Duties
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe manner.
Checking incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.
Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse.
Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling.
Using handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems where required.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.
Supporting colleagues and supervisors with general warehouse duties as required.
What You Need
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
Flexible approach to workload and daily tasks.
Awareness of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
Shift Pattern
11:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday to Saturday for 2 weeks, followed by Monday to Friday for 2 weeks (rotating pattern).
