* Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
* Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoys working within a structured and quality-focused operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production through accurate picking, kitting, stock control, and material handling activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and kit components in line with production requirements
* Carry out quality checks on parts, quantities, and materials
* Ensure stock is stored correctly and FIFO processes are followed
* Maintain accurate stock control and traceability
* Operate FLT and Reach Trucks safely where authorised
* Support goods-in, packaging, and despatch activities
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Follow company procedures and health & safety standards at all times
* Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* FLT Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence beneficial,
* Willingness to be trained on Fork lift truck is essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow work instructions and processes
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Reliable, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team
* Experience using warehouse or ERP systems would be advantageous
