Warehouse Operative

Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client, a busy and well-established warehouse operation, based in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire area.

Whether you prefer an early start, afternoon shift or nights, there’s a shift pattern to suit you. If you’re hands-on, enjoy staying active and work well as part of a team, this could be your next opportunity.

Daily Duties:

* Pick, check and pack orders accurately, ensuring they are ready for dispatch

* Prepare products for dispatch and ensure orders are completed to the required standards

* Receive, check and organise incoming stock

* Ensure all products are labelled accurately and prepared for dispatch

* Move stock around the warehouse as required

* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times

* Follow all company processes, quality standards and health & safety procedures

* Work as part of a team to achieve daily warehouse targets

Requirements:

* Previous picking and packing experience is essential

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable and committed to attending scheduled shifts

* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude

* Willing to learn and follow instructions

* Flexibility to work the required shift pattern

Shift Options:

AM: 06:00 – 14:00 — £12.89 per hour

PM: 14:00 – 22:00 — £12.89 per hour

NTS: 22:00 – 06:00 — £13.53 per hour

Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire

Pay Rate: £12.89 – £13.53 per hour, depending on shift

Hours: Various shifts available – AM, PM & NTS
