Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy furniture distribution and logistics team based in Biggleswade.
This role involves handling, loading, unloading, and preparing furniture stock within warehouse environments. This is a physically active position suited to reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment.
Important Dates
* Walk Around & Induction: Friday 29th May
* Start Date: Monday 1st June
Working Hours
* 8:00AM – 5:00PM
* Minimum 7-hour shifts
* Monday to Saturday
* Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
* Loading and unloading furniture products safely
* Moving stock within warehouse and delivery areas
* Preparing furniture items for dispatch and deliveries
* Assisting with stock control and warehouse organisation
* Handling goods carefully to avoid damages
* Keeping warehouse areas clean, tidy, and safe
* Supporting delivery teams when required
* Following all health and safety procedures on-site

* Flexible attitude towards working hours
* Previous warehouse, logistics, removals, or furniture handling experience preferred but not essential
