Description:
Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in Great Blakenham on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 12 working week period of employment.
The role involves a combination of warehouse duties, packing and handballing, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work in a busy warehouse environment.
The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, offering consistent full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing products ready for dispatch.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Handballing and manually moving goods around the warehouse.
Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse.
Preparing orders accurately and efficiently.
Checking goods for damage and reporting any issues.
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Skills Required
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and handballing.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good organisational skills.
Qualifications Required
No formal qualifications are required for this position.
Manual Handling training is desirable, but full training can be provided.
Any previous warehouse, packing or logistics experience would be advantageous.
