Warehouse Operative / Goods In Coordinator required in Elland (HX5)
HOURS / PAYRATE -
Monday to Thursday 7am till 4pm & Friday 7am till 11am.
£14.97 per hour.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FLT COUNTERBALANCE & A PIVOT STEER LICENCES.
Main Tasks
To accurately deliver in all incoming goods on to the company stock management software.
Organise the racking system to ensure products are stored in the correct location.
To keep accurate stock figures and produce for management when required.
To organise tape and edging materials to allow easy access and quick identification.
To book skips with suppliers and ensure build up of waste is controlled.
Skills
Ability to operate Counterbalance and Pivot Steer Trucks (such as Aisle Master)
Ability to use computers and scanners
To communicate to an intermediate level with colleagues and subordinates to ensure accurate transfer of information.
Numeracy & Literacy skills
Manage own time effectively
Knowledge
Basic knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Knowledge and understanding of stock control systems and software
Knowledge and understanding of safe methods of loading and unloading
Understanding of paperwork required for goods inwards.
