Summary
NRL are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s site in Washington on an ongoing temporary basis until approximately November/December. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, who are reliable and comfortable with physically active roles.

Salary
Weeks 1–4:

First 38.75 hours: £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday credit)
Overtime: £20.65 per hour (inclusive of holiday credit)
Sundays (if Saturday worked) and Bank Holidays: £27.54 per hour
After 4 weeks:

First 38.75 hours: £15.83 per hour (inclusive of holiday credit)
Overtime: £22.46 per hour (inclusive of holiday credit)
Sundays (if Saturday worked) and Bank Holidays: £29.94 per hourLocation and Working Pattern
Location: Washington
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between:
06:00 – 14:15
11:00 – 19:15
Must be able to cover both shiftsClient Overview Our client operates a busy distribution centre and is looking for dependable team members to support with core warehouse operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities
Unload deliveries safely and efficiently
Pick and prepare orders accurately
Pack goods for dispatch
Complete manual handling and lifting tasks
Inflate footballs as required
Carry out housekeeping and general warehouse duties to maintain a safe, organised environmentMust-have Requirements
Ability to complete physically demanding tasks and manual handling
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
