Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing organisation, supporting warehouse operations at its Cambridge site. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods across the warehouse.

* Ensure all shipments are packed to company quality standards.

* Process shipments using courier platforms including DHL and FedEx.

* Prepare shipping documentation and manual Excel paperwork where required.

* Receive, inspect and book in incoming deliveries.

* Safely store materials and maintain accurate stock locations within SAP.

* Kit and issue materials to production work orders.

* Process stores requests and dispatch sales order shipments through the MRP system.

* Receive and process RMA returns and demonstration equipment.

* Maintain accurate import and export master data.

* Organise courier collections and communicate shipment updates with relevant stakeholders.

* Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with company procedures.

* Support stock checks and inventory audits as required.

* Contribute to process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and sites.

* Ensure all warehouse activities are completed in accordance with quality procedures.

The ideal candidate must have:

* Previous warehouse or stores experience.

* Working knowledge of SAP.

* Experience using an MRP or ERP system.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* A reliable and responsible approach to work.

* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond to stock or shipment issues.

* The ability to follow quality procedures and maintain high standards at all times.
