Description:
Our client is a long-established family business that supplies high-end textiles and trims to the leading bespoke and couture clothing trades. We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative who is eager to learn a traditional trade in a modern environment as part of their busy team.
Responsibilities:
* Picking stock for orders
* Measuring and cutting fabrics (training provided)
* Packing orders
* Keeping the warehouse tidy
* Conducting stock checks
* Using an in-house IT system (training provided)
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable with heavy lifting and being on their feet most of the day
* Computer literacy is essential

* Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45-minute lunch break
* 20 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), with up to 5 days used for our Christmas closure
