Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for a new challenge?
Based in Bedfordshire, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operation runs safely, efficiently and consistently, with a particular focus on:
• Managing productivity and production rates
• Monitoring performance against operational KPIs
• Ensuring full health and safety compliance
• Leading and supporting the on-site workforce
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
• Maintaining high standards across all warehouse activities
