We are working exclusively with an award winning, international ingredients manufacturer in the search for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Suffolk. The Warehouse Manager they are looking for will be leading the daily warehouse activities and goods in while coaching teams and driving best practice.
The person that will be successful as the Warehouse Manager will be:

The experience you will need will be:
* Proven leadership experience at a Warehouse Manager level or above, having managed a team effectively
* IOSH qualified or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
* Experience in manufacturing or logistics, ideally within food manufacturing
Some of the key responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
* Managing daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, processes and customer service
* Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing workflow to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime
* Regularly inspect equipment, tools, machinery and oversee general maintenance as needed
* Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
* Oversee logistics arrivals and loading times and track improvements
* Ensure inventory accuracy for all stocks under warehouse and goods in responsibility, leading the inventory by shelf-life process
