Their mission is to provide the best possible advice and service in the four key areas of Agro-chemicals, Fertiliser, Grain, and Seed. With a focus on adding value to their farmers’ businesses, they supply variable inputs such as agrochemicals, fertilisers, and seeds, while also buying back their grain. Responsibilities:
* Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity.
* Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the agricultural industry or similar.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse systems.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
* An interest in agriculture and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to their farming customers
