Warehouse Manager
Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a new challenge? If you're a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for maintaining a clean and structured warehouse, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:15pm (37.5 hours)
Location: Andover
Salary: From £30K DOE + yearly bonus
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring that all products are clearly labelled and stored appropriately.
Communicate effectively with sales and production departments, providing updates on inventory levels and meeting daily deadlines.
Resolve any issues that may arise, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Coordinate collections and pick-ups with our trusted transport partners.What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a warehouse management role, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
