You will join a well respected and historic manufacturing business
The Role
As part of the Site Management Team, you will be fully responsible for the warehouse operations, contributing to the overall achievement of the business KPIs. You will be responsible for Warehouse processes and performance ensuring optimal ways of working to drive efficiency, good cost control and a superior customer experience. You will manage the Warehouse team autonomously & responsibly, minimising the need for escalation whilst working within the guidelines of ISO standards and promoting a positive Health & Safety & Continuous Improvement culture.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a demonstrable background within Warehouse Operations Leadership at either Manager or Team Leader level and be able to demonstrate the following skill set-
* An engaging and motivating management style
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Business focused & resulted orientated mindset
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic commercial environment
