* £37-43k plus annual bonus

What is expected?
The main focus of the role will be overseeing the efficient running and control of the warehouse operation, dealing with queries, incoming and outgoing stock along with managing a team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team.
This is a strategic role managing the planning, coordination and general management of the warehouse along with leading from the front with a ‘hands on’ approach’ fostering an ethos of excellence.
What would make you a perfect fit?
Proven exposure managing a warehouse operation is essential
Strong communication and people management skills to develop and grow a team
Competent in IT skills, such as spreadsheet management and warehouse database systems
Exposure of lean working practices and methodologies would be advantageous.
