Warehouse Manager
Location: Park West, Dublin
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: On-site, with some flexibility if required
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join an expanding business based in Park West, Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong warehouse management experience and is looking to take ownership of a busy operation, managing day-to-day warehouse activity, stock accuracy, process improvements and a small team.
The role would suit someone who has previously worked in a warehouse environment handling technical, high-value or sensitive stock, such as IT equipment, electronics, POS systems, telecoms, components or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
Manage a warehouse team of around 7 staff initially
Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and investigation of variances
Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
Drive improvements across warehouse processes, SOPs and overall workflow
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the warehouse
Manage MHE safety, risk assessments, incidents and compliance requirements
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, transport providers and internal teams
Support service levels, OTIF delivery, turnaround times and customer requirements
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and support business growth
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or similar
Experience managing a small warehouse team
Strong background in stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse systems
Previous experience with technical, high-value or sensitive stock would be highly desirable
Good understanding of WMS/ERP systems
Strong health & safety awareness
Confident communicator with good people management skills
Able to improve processes and support a growing operation
Package:
Salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday working hours
9:00am - 5:00pm
