Warehouse Manager
fixed term contract, Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Waltham Abbey
Salary: £30,000 per annum
SUMMARY
Purchasing stock and safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Stock Procurement and forecasting - via Sage50 Accounts.
Picking and packing of orders.
Overall responsibility of all goods in and out.
Liaison with key suppliers.
Maintenance of stock control system in finance package.
Tracking of customer orders.
Warehouse Health and Safety.
Exhibition and event support.
Raising and addressing of activities associated with non-conformances, planned deviations, changes, risks and improvements as required.
Adhere to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 requirements in testing and quality control procedures.
To adhere to company policies and the Health and Safety and business systems manuals.
To ensure commitment to impartiality and confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information.
Adhering to all policy, procedure, regulatory, customer and standard requirements relating to quality, information security and environmental management systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years warehouse experience or educated to degree level or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
Numerically proficient.
