We are seeking a dynamic professional to help shape and drive our logistics and warehousing operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices.

* Establish and manage new storage facilities.

* Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Coordinate logistical movements within the UK, EU, and internationally, including to the USA.

* Manage road, sea, and air freight operations.

* Ensure compliance with all customs regulations.

* Focus on environmental health and safety standards across all operations.

* Participate in the implementation of an ERP system to streamline business processes over the next six months.

* Lead and manage a team of four direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong background in warehouse management and logistics.

* Proven track record in developing and implementing warehouse procedures.

* Extensive experience with road, sea, and air freight logistics.

* Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations.

* Demonstrated focus on environmental health and safety within warehouse and logistics operations.

* Experience with ERP/MRP system implementation is highly desirable.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* A collaborative management style with experience in leading and developing a team
