Warehouse Assistant
Blackburn, Aberdeenshire
£15.00 per hour
Minimum 1-Month Contract
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Assistant on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas service company based in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join a busy warehouse team on an initial one-month contract, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials and products
Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating ERP/WMS systems
Picking parts for assembly and preparing shipments for international freight
Performing cycle counts and supporting inventory management activities
Ensuring warehouse operations meet health, safety and quality standards
Working closely with QA/QC, Operations and Finance teams
Completing warehouse documentation accurately and efficiently
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts where required
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using inventory, ERP or warehouse management systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
B1 Forklift Licence preferred but not essential
