* Conduct root cause analysis for stock discrepancies or process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

* Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal teams to streamline shipping and receiving operations.

* Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.

* Demonstrated ability in negotiation, process improvement, and root cause analysis.

* Experience operating forklifts and handling heavy materials safely.

* Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling equipment, and retail merchandising principles.

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities during night shifts.

* Effective communication skills suitable for collaborating across departments and external partners.

This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations during the night shift. We welcome candidates who are committed to safety standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
