PERM Warehouse Administrator
£12.71 per hour.
Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm.
A successful clothing company based in Manchester are looking for a high‑energy, highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join their high performing team. This is a 50/50 split role between office-based admin and hands-on warehouse work, perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed
* Labelling, organising and maintaining stock
* Processing orders through Linnworks and Shopify
* Handling refunds, credits and exchanges
* Updating order statuses and maintaining accurate records
* Communicating with customers and internal teams
* Supporting general office admin as needed
Desirables
* An energetic, positive personality who enjoys a fast-paced environment
* Someone who can spin plates, stay calm under pressure and work through peak trading periods
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Linnworks and/or Shopify will prove a big advantage
* Comfortable splitting time between desk work and physical warehouse tasks
* A team player who’s proactive and reliable
