Becky at JT Recruit, is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established Distribution Centre in Ilkeston, who offer storage and transport facilities to their nationwide clients. They are a friendly team who have long term serving employees. Initially this a temporary contract but could lead into a permanent position for the right person.

This is a full time post, hours of work are 0800hrs to 1600hrs - Monday to Friday

What you'll do:

* Ensure all daily admin tasks are completed accurately and on time

* Assist with customer service enquiries via email and phone

* Liaise with the transport team to arrange deliveries and collections

* Manage daily order using the warehouse management system

* Allocate and release orders

* Conduct physical stock checks and investigate discrepancies

You'll be a great fit if you have:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), although training will be provided

* Confidence using MS Office (Excel and Word)

* Experience working in an office environment

* An understanding of warehousing and supply chain logistics desirable

* A driven and self-motivated personality

* Strong time management skills

* The ability to work towards deadlines and meet targets

* A team player mentality
