Warehouse Administrator

£24,627 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a varied role within Warehouse Administration and stock control, working with our family owned client based in Sleaford. You will be working with one of the county’s fastest growing and ambitious businesses with an excellent reputation for over 70 years.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, your role will be to effectively support the movement of stock in and out of the warehouse. You are responsible for managing stock for several key customers and liaising with them directly. It is imperative that you have excellent customer service and communication skills for this role as well as being prepared to be ‘hands on’.

Duties will include:

* Data processing, updating the system with product information, utilising IFS management system.

* Manually conducting stock counts, checks and updating the stock sheets once allocated on the system.

* Dealing with hauliers, liaising with the transport department to ensure inbounds and despatches are achieving the customers’ expectations.

* Picking stock for despatch and receipt stock loads into site

* Assisting in export documentation and any other admin duties as required.

* Accurate receipting of deliveries, ensuring that goods received are quality checked and correspond with the appropriate documentation as well as maintaining the computerised inventory system accurately.

* Accurate despatch of customer stock, producing despatch notes and confirming directly with the customer.

For the role of Warehouse Administrator, you will have previous stock control, customer service and administration experience along with being hands on in a warehouse. If you have the admin side and want to gain some hands-on experience in a warehouse environment, please also apply.

This is a full time position; the hours will be Monday to Friday 3.30pm – midnight.
