Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Route 1, a recruiting for reputable company based in Leeds, LS9, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator to complement our team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling and management of materials and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently receive materials and accurately log them into the stock system. Regularly audit stock quantities to maintain accuracy.
* Coordinate both internal and external stock transfers, ensuring timely dispatch of parts and products.
* Cross-reference pick lists, pick kits from generated lists, and allocate free stock as per requirements.
* Document and quarantine non-conforming parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Re-order consumable stock from suppliers and replenish shop floor consumables as needed.
* Assist in the production of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
* Proficiency in inventory management software/systems.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Effective communication skills.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
