The Role: An established business located in Redditch are seeking a new Administrator to join their team. You will provide support to the Managers and to other members of the team in a professional way at all time, while enabling the smooth day to day running of the business. You will be at the forefront of deliveries, stock management and be a hands-on administrator who likes to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! This is a varied role for someone looking to join a company who are going from strength to strength.

For this Office Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· Strong communicator with both colleagues and customers

· Excellent administrator

· Confident taking delivery bookings by phone and email

· Accurately checking stock intake

· Inputting correct details into company systems

· Can prepare orders promptly and accurately

· Can manage relevant documentation correctly

· Confident in liaising with transport department

· Providing administrative support to the business as required
