Here at Innovative Technology, we have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join our talented team at our global head office in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

The Warehouse Administrator role overview:

Collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll handle general administrative duties, oversee stock movements including booking in and out, manage stock transactions, and maintain accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Administrator:

Picking stock for the shop floor is completed in a timely manner

Booking stock back into the warehouse

Maintaining a tidy work area and shopfloor

Accurate record keeping and recording data

Timely reporting of stock shortages

Working with the team to manage spare components

Your Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of Warehouse Management System e.g. SAP, Syspro, Sage or similar

Confidence in liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal customers

Knowledge of production schedules

Confident in use of Microsoft tools, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Previous experience in stores not necessary as all training will be provided
