Description:
My client based in Hartlepool is looking for an experienced Warehouse Admin to join their team on a temporary basis
Duties of the role:
Review Print production tickets for the previous 24 hours
Book in Conversion pallet tickets
Review upcoming shipment requirements
Create picking lists for the FLT drivers
Arrange bookings with customers where necessary
Arrange daily transport and email couriers for other shipments (same day / Export / Full loads etc.)
Provide measurements / weights of Export Pallets to Accounts to ensure invoices are accurate
Liaise with the FLT drivers in ensuring the stock on the system is accurate (quantities / locations etc.)Rate: £12.55ph
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Role: Immediate start, temp ongoing
