Intrepid Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Band 5 Ward Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work at Paulton Hospital.
We have a range of agency shifts available, including days and nights, offering excellent flexibility for nurses looking for regular work or additional shifts alongside existing commitments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and compassionate nurses to join an established ward team, delivering high-quality patient care within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients on the ward.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in line with prescribed guidelines.
Monitor patient observations and recognise signs of clinical deterioration.
Undertake clinical assessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
Maintain accurate patient notes and clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Support patients with their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
Promote patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times
