Pay Scale: Starting at £13.97 per hour, rising to £14.14 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to £14.85.

Experience in social care is desirable but not essential
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalised support plans.
Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
