Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Southampton
Salary: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Part Time – 24 hours per week
Shift Times: 20:00PM - 08:00AM (Monday and Saturday Nights)

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join a 4 bed home in Southampton. You will be adults with complex needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.
This role involves providing person-centred support, promoting independence, completing welfare checks, and responding appropriately to any support needs that arise during the night.

Previous care or support work experience

Positive, caring and compassionate approach

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Makaton training - desirable not essential
