The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional food and drink service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service
* Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, positive attitude
* Taking food and drink orders accurately
* Serving food and beverages to a high standard
* Building excellent relationships with guests and delivering exceptional customer service
* Assisting with setting up and closing the restaurant
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service
* Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
* Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive dining experience
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, gastro pub or similar hospitality environment
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well within a team
* A professional appearance and attention to detail
* The flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
* A willingness to learn and develop your career
