We are recruiting for a Waiter in Cumbria to join a prestigious 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel with a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette restaurant.

This opportunity is for an established restaurant professional who already understands high-end service and wants to take their standards, knowledge and career to the next level. You will be joining an ambitious property at an exciting stage of its journey, with genuine progression towards Restaurant Manager.

What we're looking for

Proven experience within a 3 AA Rosette restaurant or comparable fine-dining environment
Strong knowledge of refined restaurant service
Confidence managing your own section to a high standard
A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
Strong food and wine knowledge
Ambition to refine your skills and progress into management
High standards, professionalism and excellent attention to detail
Willingness to relocate to Cumbria for the right career opportunityThis role is ideal for experienced restaurant professionals who already operate at a high level and want to progress within a serious, quality-led environment.
