Location: South of England
Salary: Up to £45K per annum, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Volkswagen UK have a desire to grow their fleet volumes by increasing sales to new customers and also to existing customers, through increased loyalty and retention rates.
This business objective will be achieved through the activity of the Business Development Managers (BDM) in the Volkswagen Fleet Business Partner (FBP) Retailer Network.
The main purpose of our FSE Coach role is to drive incremental fleet sales volumes by developing capability, capacity and increasing the pro-activity of the FBP’s BDM. You will support the FBP with the effective renewal of existing Volkswagen Financial Services Contract Hire customers.
In addition to this as our FSE Coach you will be responsible for:
Communication and Training – Participating in the development and delivery of sales support coaching including database management, prospecting, qualification, presenting the products and proposals, negotiations and sale. You will also support the BDM on their journey to accreditation by them successfully completing the National Learning Centre BDM Training Pathway.
Capability Investigation – Reviewing the FBP processes related to fleet sales and contract hire renewals, reviewing the physical environment and using analysis to draw conclusions and recommendations to improve performance.
Retailer Buy-In – Using “guided discovery” to gain acceptance, presenting critical and sensitive information in an effective way and agreeing and setting “SMART” performance Improvement Actions.
Continual People and Business Development – Managing the performance improvement cycle, delivering performance improvement coaching and developing the FPS’s wider fleet team in the improvement cycle.
Systems and Processes – Promoting the use by the Retailer of all the tools provided by Volkswagen, reviewing systems information and reports and preparing for regular performance reviews
In order to be successful in this role you must have a track record of successfully developing sales people, using a coaching approach, within the automotive sales environment.
It would be highly beneficial if your experience included the fleet market and leasing sector.
You must be a positive person, with the ability to influence others and change opinions through an evidence driven logical approach to performance improvement.
You will need to be confident, approachable and credible with experience of managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
