About the role:
Are you passionate about maintaining properties to the highest standards? Our client is seeking a responsive repair and void surveying expert to join their dedicated team. The primary function of the role is to provide a responsive repair and void surveying service, to ensure that all owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standard, and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing responsive repairs to ensure corrective action is taken promptly.

* Analysing building defects and proposing effective solutions.

* Obtaining quotations and estimates in line with our procedures.

* Providing top-notch customer care and communication to all stakeholders.
