I am working with a maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit a Supervisor to work within the Voids team. As Voids Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 trade operatives alongside day to day operations.
Duties will include:
Scheduling work load for operatives
Surveying properties and conducting site visits
Ordering materials
Pricing and invoicing work using schedule of rates
You will need:
NVQ or city and guilds in relevant trade
Proven experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead a team
Be able to meet deadlines
