We are looking for a proactive and motivated Voids Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused voids service across their homes.

You will be based across their South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton

As the Voids Supervisor , if you have a strong track record of managing a team of tradesmen and social housing experience, I want to speak to you!

Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.
Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.To succeed as the Voids Supervisor, you need:

Experience supervising voids, repairs or construction-related teams.
Strong knowledge of voids and property maintenance.
Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
Excellent people skillsThis role is offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000
