Position: Voids Supervisor
Location: Manchester
Duration: 6-9 months
A maintenance specialist who provide a single contractor approach to all repairs, maintenance and compliance needs are looking for a Voids Supervisor to be based from Manchester
This company provide high levels of service and commitment to their staff which is proven with their win of ‘best place to work in the UK’ for a large company for the second year running
The Role
* Responsible for the delivery of void maintenance
* Responsible for the delivery of performance and budgets
* Maintain a high level of Health and Safety at all times
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in a senior management position is essential
* Knowledge of the importance of equality and diversity within the delivery of housing services
* Proven ability to present information or concepts that are relevant to the audience
* Able to demonstrate an effective approach to delivery and customer care
* Good knowledge of literacy and numeracy
* Ability to build relationships in a team and individually in order to gain trust of external partners
* Able to work effectively with other managers
* Knowledge of contract management, Health and Safety legislations and landlord and tenant legislations
* Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH required
* Minimum of a relevant Management qualification at level 3 or 5
