Position: Visitor and Safety Assistant
Location: Central London
Type: Museum
Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour
Work Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off
Mandatory Qualifications: SIA Door Supervisors Licence
Main Responsibilities:
Safety and Security:
* Proactively patrol and monitor all public spaces to ensure the safety and security of visitors and the collection.
* Complete all necessary security checks.
* Take appropriate action to manage any areas of concern.
* Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the Museum.
* Provide information and guidance to visitors about the public programme, collections, and facilities.
* Manage visitor flow and crowd control.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working in a busy tourism, cultural, or commercial environment.
* Skilled in crowd control and queue management.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional with a passion for delivering excellent visitor experiences.
