Virtual Hub Recruitment Consultant (Driving) | Hybrid (Predominantly Home-based)
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (Full-time)
About the Role:
As a Virtual Hub Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality candidates while maintaining a seamless experience from start to finish. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, foster client relationships, and ensure the continuous employability of candidates. This is a hybrid role, predominantly home-based, focused on resourcing, recruiting and placing candidates into driving-related roles.
Key responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through a range of channels
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, offers)
Match and place candidates into suitable roles and manage candidate pipelines
Provide a great candidate experience throughout the process
What we’re looking for
Recruitment experience is beneficial (driving recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
A driving licence is preferred but not essential
Strong communication, organisation and candidate management skills
