Description:
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Violence and Vulnerabilities Coordinator for a Local Authority Client based in West London.
In this role, you will coordinate activities and interventions with various partners to protect communities from violence and vulnerabilities and manage violence and vulnerability action plans and budgets.
About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
Coordinate partner activities and interventions to ensure effective service delivery and community protection.
Monitor issues and gaps in violence and vulnerability provisions.
Coordinate monitoring and reporting on commissioned services and outcomes.
Coordinate partnership working internally and externally to ensure VAWG and criminal exploitation priorities complement other areas of work.
Liaise with criminal justice partners to ensure holistic action is taken to reduce offending and victimisation related to violence and vulnerability.
Coordinate and monitor violence and vulnerability strategies and action plans.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience in leading and managing multi-agency partnerships and collaborations aimed at reducing violence and vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of MARAC and the link between girls and gangs, exploitation, and county lines.
Knowledge of current issues in criminal justice related to VAWG, gangs, and knife crimes.
Proven track record of managing budgets and resources allocated for violence and vulnerability initiatives.
What's on offer
Salary: £23+per hour
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
