We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions to join our enterprise custody Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Play a key role within the corporate action team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.

Lead and manage corporate actions operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.

Build a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional growth across the team.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in financial services operations. 

Good experience of corporate actions, client service and people management required.  

Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions. 

Experience in holding teams responsible to department KRI’s and undertaking annual performance reviews with teams.

Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
