Shift: Rotating 12 hour shifts days and nights

We are seeking a skilled Filling Process Operator to join their team. This role demands technical experience, particularly in operating Viaflo filling equipment. The successful candidate will work on rotating shifts, covering both days and nights, to ensure the efficient operation of the filling process. Responsibilities include equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining product quality throughout the process.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Execute filling operations following SOPs and safety guidelines, operating Viaflo filling equipment efficiently.
Equipment Monitoring: Maintain vigilance over the filling equipment, promptly identifying performance issues or abnormalities.
Troubleshooting: Address equipment malfunctions swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and inspecting equipment to uphold reliability.
Quality Assurance: Adhere rigorously to procedures and protocols to uphold high standards of product quality.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and production output, reporting any deviations as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to optimize processes and address challenges effectively.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  Qualifications:

Technical Experience: Previous experience with Viaflo filling equipment or similar systems is highly desirable.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills are essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail to maintain product quality and accuracy.
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, is required
