Reflect Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced and personable Venue & Estate Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and presentation of a unique events and hospitality estate based in Calverton.
This is a varied and highly visible position where you will become the face of the estate, acting as the main point of contact for prospective wedding couples, event organisers, corporate clients and other possible clients looking to use the venue.
A key part of the role will be to proactively develop new business opportunities across weddings, corporate events and private hire, alongside managing incoming enquiries. This will include building relationships with prospective clients, identifying new opportunities and actively helping the team to promote the estate as a destination for events.
Working alongside the existing management team and reporting to the operations management, you will help ensure the estate operates smoothly. This role will focus on the wider estate, venue operations and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for wedding, event and venue-hire enquiries.
Meet prospective clients and conduct professional and engaging venue tours.
Build strong relationships with couples, businesses, event organisers and suppliers.
Manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking and event delivery.
Support the development and growth of the venue’s weddings, private functions and corporate events.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the wider estate.
Ensure the estate is consistently presented to a high standard.
Support the planning and delivery of larger events taking place across the estate.
Represent the venue at meetings, networking opportunities and client appointments.
Ensure excellent standards of customer service are maintained throughout the visitor journey.

The position is salaried from £35,000 – £40,000, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a unique and growing venue.
Predominantly Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends occasionally required in line with events and business needs
