You will be responsible for driving progress on site, carrying out progress walkdowns, overseeing quality and compliance, managing snagging and ensuring ventilation systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme requirements and industry standards.

You will act as an ambassador for the company and its values, driving safety, quality, and performance on site while coordinating subcontractors and project teams to deliver fully compliant and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and take ownership of the ventilation packages across the project

Support and provide direction to two Engineers responsible for the day-to-day delivery of ventilation works

Manage and coordinate multiple ductwork contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements

Coordinate ventilation works with wider Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and other building services

Maintain clear communication with subcontractors through meetings, documentation, progress reporting, and site coordination

Participate in project meetings, engineering reviews, coordination workshops, and progress meetings

Support commissioning activities and ensure systems are completed and ready for testing, witnessing, and final handover
