What You'll Do:
Routine Maintenance: Keep vehicles running smoothly with routine maintenance and servicing.
Diagnostic Expertise: Put your mechanical and technical skills to the test as you diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Thorough Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and test drives to identify any potential problems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard, meeting DVSA regulations for MOT tests.
What They're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is a must, with qualifications as a MOT Tester being highly advantageous.
Skills: Strong mechanical and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: They pride themselves on delivering quality workmanship, so attention to detail is key.
Certifications: Relevant qualifications and certifications such as NVQ Level 3 or ATA accreditation are desirable.
Package / Benefits
£35,000 to £42,000 PA (Dependent on experience).
Overtime regularly available (1.5 times basic salary).
Performance related bonus £6k plus PA.
21 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays.
