Permanent – Monday – Fri 8.00-17.00

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, carrying out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

* Undertake vehicle inspections, road testing and ramp testing as required.

* Complete repairs using approved methods to restore vehicles to their original condition.

* Carry out tyre fitting and replacement duties.

* Perform warranty repairs in line with manufacturer requirements.

* Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

* Ensure company procedures and health and safety standards are followed at all times.

* Support and assist junior technicians where required.

* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop environment.

Essential Requirements

* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

* Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop environment.

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities, including electrical diagnostics.

* Ability to work independently and make informed technical decisions.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

* A professional attitude and strong work ethic.
